Well, since we are now in a situation with Russia and his sisters, Belarus would be a bad choice as she is extremely protective and possessive of her siblings. If we take a route with patching the relationship with Ukraine, there's a chance that Russia may be a little kinder (although, change doesn't come  very fast, so still expect bullying from Russia). If Russia lets off a little on reader, then belarus won't be as dangerous as well.

Of course, we could also go down a route with Taiwan and Vietnam because of Reader's friendly relationship with Japan.
